Thermo Plastic Cement Catalyst

A plastic additive that has the unique ability to modify cement so that it can be sprayed, broomed or squeegeed. When added to cement it makes the mixture easy to apply, but also makes a hard smooth surface perfect for applying R400 Rubber Waterproofing.

Uses

Thermoplastic cement catalyst is added to cement with water. It can be applied to tile roofs to fill voids between tiles and locks them in to eliminate breakage caused by walking on the roof, and prepares the tile surface for R400 Rubber Waterproofing.

Advantages

Modifies cement so it can be applied in very thin coats or as a watery mix and still adhere and dry hard without dusting or chalking.

Precautions

Stir or shake well before each use. Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 50 degrees F. Do not apply inclement weather, if rain is in the forecast, or is freezing may occur before drying. Do not allow to freeze during storage or shipment. Close containers after use. Clean up spills with water.
